En Route Spokane was written by Jean-Paul Larocque, who is also operating the site and maintaining its database. The Spokane Transit Authority has graciously provided to me the data for their bus routes, but they are in no other way connected to En Route.

I'll do my best to look into each question. If I believe En Route was in error, I'll try fixing the problem. Otherwise, I'll explain why En Route chose the itinerary that it did, and I'll try to help you plan a better trip.
